Course Description

Leadership in HSE is underrated – especially when the “cost of noncompliance” can result in NOVs, CDs and other “ugly” acronyms. This ½ Day Workshop will feature content to share lessons learned, knowledge and wisdom to guide early HSE professionals to senior-level HSE and Plant managers.

The training is aimed at maximizing team performance base on a clear understanding of documenting where one team member roles begin and end.  The Leadership Training will cover performance with standard operating procedures, checklist and skills matrix.

Equip you team with the tools to succeed and optimize as a leader with a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, expectations and knowledge, skills and abilities.

How does my company’s vision statement tie directly to the environmental team roles, responsibilities and expectations?

What is a proper role of standard operating procedures?

When are SOPs used versus checklist?

Should KSAs be documented for various roles?
