More than just a booth presence…

This conference is not for groups who are content to stand in an exhibitor booth and wait for customers to come to them.
The industry members and decision makers attending 4C are there to absorb cutting-edge presentations and attend top-tier training classes. We’re committed to our mission of providing an overwhelmingly positive experience and the best content possible to our attendees.

To expect attendees to be focused on visiting an exhibit hall would go against everything the 4C Conference stands for. Industry members and decision makers are there for presentations, training classes, and networking events; that’s where you need to be as well.

The important introductions and cornerstone conversations vendors seek at conferences don’t have to happen in front of an 8×10 exhibitor booth, and they often don’t. Your booth is an excellent meeting place for potential customers that you have contacted prior to the conference. Alternatively meeting potential customers there before you head out to happy hour or lunch at one of the on-site restaurants.

That’s why we provide all exhibitors and sponsors access to all presentations and training classes, a list of all industry members, and the training classes they’re attending during the conference. Review the conference attendees and site next to them in classes and presentations. Then invite customers to meet and gather at your booth before you head out or meet with other team members. Armed with this information your exhibiting team will have a focused plan on where to engage existing customers and new prospects.

More Opportunities for Interaction

Outside the exhibit hall, your team will have tons of opportunities to engage with customers and prospects at a variety of conference events like:

  • Presentation Sessions (8+ hours of engagement)
  • Training Classes (16+ hours of engagement)
  • Conference Meals (4+ hours of engagement)
  • Evening Events (5+ hours of engagement)

4C provides a forum to facilitate meaningful, memorable interactions that don’t have to happen in an exhibit hall. The people you want to engage with didn’t travel to the conference to see you specifically; they came because of 4C’s great content. There may not be customers in front of your booth for 2 hours at a time, but we’ll give you more than 24 hours of facetime with industry members and decision makers over the course of the conference.
