    Stop by the registration desk outside of the main exhibit hall on the 4th floor to check in  and pickup your credentials.

    Come to Salon D in the main exhibit hall (4th Floor Ballroom) for a hot breakfast before  training sessions begin.

  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM

  • Training Courses

    Expert-led training courses and workshops will be held in the rooms surrounding the main exhibit hall on the 4th floor. Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks will be served to conference attendees in Salon D inside the the main expo hall.

    Grab some lunch inside the main exhibit hall (4th Floor Ballroom) and network with fellow 4C’ers.

    Refill your coffee cups and thermoses outside the main exhibit hall (4th Floor Ballroom) before finishing out the day’s training.

    Exhibitors and Sponsors can set up their booths inside the 4th floor main exhibit hall and 6th floor exhibit hall.

    Come to the Presidential Suite for a joint reception presented by the Women’s Energy Network (WEN) and the 4C Conference. Enjoy refreshments and networking with WEN members.

    Breakout presentations will begin at 10:30AM and continue throughout the day in the meeting rooms surrounding the 4th and 6th floor exhibit halls. Check the presentation list to see when and were the presentations you’d like to see will be held.

    The 2020 oil and gas general session kicks off an afternoon of O&G-focused content in salons F and G in the 6th floor ballroom.

    Recharge with some coffee, tea, and snacks at either of the exhibit halls (4th Floor Ballroom: 2:00PM-4:00PM, 6th floor Salons F & G: 2:30-3:00PM) before the final afternoon breakout sessions begin.

    This post-conference training will cover topics related to professional development in the HSE career path.

    Course Description: Leadership in HSE is underrated – especially when the “cost of noncompliance” can result in NOVs, CDs and other “ugly” acronyms. This ½ Day Workshop will feature presentations by various HSE Leaders to share lessons learned, knowledge and wisdom to guide early HSE professionals to senior-level HSE and Plant managers.
